What we shipped in 2026
A monthly release log of major product work — written from what we announced, documented, and actually put in customers’ hands.

September 2026 — Sep 2026
Sales Launch is the product
The 5-minute path from sign-up to a live agent is now a product. September also expanded prospecting, Studio Recommendations on web flows, and the public MCP/REST surface — including opt-in customer writes and inbox send.
- Sales Launch goes live. Scan a site, review generated agents, add credits, and go live in under five minutes. The Hyperlaunch promise is no longer a roadmap item.
- Web-flow Recommendations and generated web flows. Studio can now recommend and generate web-flow changes the same way it already improved LinkedIn message flows.
- Prospecting 2.0. Nordic public-registry search, scoring, and tighter prospect-list workflows sit next to Contacts and Smart Leads.
- MCP and REST v2, with opt-in writes. Customer keys stay read-only by default and now cover contacts, lists, Studio catalog, inbox, analytics, and crawl status. Check Allow limited writes to update contacts, tags, and lists, and to send a text inbox reply. Publish, live toggle, deletes, and campaign send stay off customer keys.
- Credits and Inbox entitlements. Starter credit bundles were tuned, and Inbox access follows messaging entitlements so teams only see what their plan can run.

Credits, crawl, and conversions
Billing and credits reached production, Company assets got a public crawl playbook, and paid-ad conversion tracking landed as a first-class guide.
- Credits and billing in production. Stripe checkout, top-ups, the 14-day Starter trial, and credit enforcement (hold agents when fuel runs out) are live under Settings → Billing.
- Richer Commercial Profiles. Crawl extra about/product/commercial URLs so generated agents stop sounding generic after the first homepage scan.
- Ad conversion tracking. Studio Head Tags plus conversion callbacks send outcomes to Meta, Google Ads (including Performance Max), and LinkedIn.
- Studio as its own app. SMOC Studio now deploys on its own URL so review and publish no longer share the Console shell.
- Tracked links on LinkedIn. smoc.li short links tie DM and InMail clicks back to the conversation that sent them.

Self-serve launch path
Sales Launch (Launch Mission) shipped as a guided wizard: crawl the site, generate the first agent, start a Starter trial, and hand off to the dashboard. Public how-tos followed in August.
- Sales Launch wizard. New companies no longer start on a blank canvas. The wizard crawls the homepage, builds a website agent, and offers optional LinkedIn steps.
- Faster Company assets. Parallel crawl and extraction, a simpler Company assets UI, and manual edits for fields the crawl missed.
- Credit gating on the dashboard. Plan changes with proration, billing warnings, and go-live blocked when credits are short.

MCP and LinkedIn in Studio
SMOC became something AI clients can actually call. LinkedIn message flows moved from runtime-only into Studio, with operations dashboards for the sequences you publish.
- Read-only MCP on the public API. Point Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client at https://v2.api.smoc.ai/mcp with a company-scoped key from Settings → Integrations → MCP.
- Design LinkedIn message flows in Studio. DM graphs — delays, arms, and targeting — are authored and published in Studio the same way web flows already were.
- Message-flow operations. Funnel stages, connection progress, and contact-level reporting for outbound sequences.

Message-flow runtime
LinkedIn sequences gained a real engine — delays, bandits, scheduling — while Inbox and Hyperlaunch kept moving toward the five-minute goal.
- LinkedIn message-flow engine. Delays, multi-armed bandit routing, and scheduling run outbound DMs instead of a static sequencer.
- Inbox depth. Thread menus, mark unread, and flow/prospect-list context so human takeovers stay attached to the agent that paused.
- Hyperlaunch, two-thirds there. Onboarding time dropped again. The May progress post is the midpoint between the April roadmap and the September launch.

Inbox, prospecting, and the 5 Minutes series
Console gained Inbox, prospect lists, and crawled Commercial Profiles. The 5 Minutes series started documenting the path to a five-minute first agent — including auto-improving agents and the architecture rebuild.
- Console Inbox for LinkedIn. Threads, compose/send, filters, and deep links from Contacts so replies no longer live only in LinkedIn.
- Prospect lists. Create, import, and filter contacts by prospect list instead of one flat directory.
- Commercial Profile in Company assets. Read-only crawled site context starts feeding generated agents.
- Hosted LinkedIn connect. Operators connect a sender account from Console without a side-channel setup.
- Agents that improve themselves. The April ship post introduced AI that recommends and applies agent improvements automatically.

Recommendations and analytics at production scale
Studio Recommendations moved from prototype to production, and daily flow KPIs made Console dashboards fast enough to run the week on.
- Studio Recommendations in production. Generate, review, apply, or reject flow improvements from the Studio Recommendations tab.
- Daily flow KPIs. Company-level rollups replaced ad-hoc report queries so Agents analytics and the dashboard stay current.
- Feb 2026
February 2026 — Feb 2026
Recommendations foundation
The first recommendation applier and a flows dashboard that merged analytics into the table operators already used.
- Recommendation applier. Early apply/reason workflow for suggested flow edits — the foundation for the March production tab.
- Flows dashboard. Analytics columns on the flows table, plus a company selector for multi-company operators.

January 2026 — Jan 2026
Studio authoring upgrades
Draft/publish versioning, embed and copy-link from Studio, and richer node types so flows can carry media and campaigns — not only text.
- Versions and draft/publish. Publish a snapshot, keep working on a draft, and restore an earlier flowchart from the Versions control.
- Embed and share from Studio. Copy a hosted link or embed snippet without leaving the canvas.
- Richer nodes. Image, video, HTML script, promo, and survey nodes joined the Studio palette, with head tags in flow settings.
