Generate a key under Settings → Integrations → API. Existing Zapier/compat clients keep GET https://v2.api.smoc.ai/api/company/mongocontact with the token header. New pipelines use POST /api/v2/{toolName} (Bearer or token). Customer keys are read-only by default; write-enabled keys may call limited writes including inbox send.
