It would be strange to build a company that automates sales – without using it ourselves. So we don't.
SMOC runs its own agents on LinkedIn, Meta and Google to book meetings and generate leads. Here are the actual numbers from our digital sales through our own technology – we also sell through partners, but these are the initial numbers from what we achieve entirely on our own:
- 70 meetings booked – without anyone on the team lifting a finger manually
- 20 deals won, 10 open, 40 lost
- 33% win rate across the full period – and rising. We're now at 40% win rate and the trend continues upward as the model learns and optimizes
- CAC of €664 per new customer (NOK 7,300) – including all ad spend and SMOC fees across all channels
- Payback period: 1 month
We tune these numbers continuously – and the target is clear: we're aiming for at least a 50% reduction in CAC by Christmas. With a win rate that's already climbing and a reinforcement learning model optimizing across LinkedIn, Meta and Google with every single interaction, it's a target we believe in.
A CAC of €664 with a one-month payback is already strong. A CAC of under €332 with the same payback would put us among the best numbers we know of in our category.
This is not theory. This is what happens when an AI company uses its own tools at full scale.
