Season 1, Episode 9 of "5 Minutes" – documenting SMOC's journey toward becoming a fully AI-driven company, and our goal of enabling any customer to launch their first AI sales agent in under 5 minutes.
We started this sprint in April. The plan was clear. Now it's the end of May – and we're exactly where we should be: two thirds of the time used, two thirds of the goal reached. It doesn't happen often in tech that you actually follow the plan. We are.
Here's the status after 2 months of the series:
✅ Done and in production:
- Automatic context retrieval and company onboarding is ready
- Analysis of running flows is ready
- Generation of all agent types is launched and in testing
🚀 Launching in the coming weeks:
- Messaging agents – LinkedIn first – are now being integrated into the new platform. This is a small revolution in itself: full LinkedIn automation with reinforcement learning, natively in the platform.
- Ad server integration and automated campaign launch on Google and Meta is in progress
- MCP server integration
⏳ Remaining – and coming before summer:
- New self-onboarding loop
- Automatic token-based pricing model
- Tuning and quality assurance
The big milestone before summer: a 100% self-serve sign-up where anyone – with zero prior knowledge of digital marketing – can set up their first AI sales agent entirely on their own. No guidance. No onboarding calls. Just sign up and go.
We ship continuously along the way. But this is the milestone we're stretching toward – and we're on track.
We think of this as our small moon landing. Not because we're done – but because what seemed impossible a year ago is now within reach.
