What data can AI clients access through SMOC MCP?

Through MCP, AI clients can read company-scoped SMOC data — never another tenant's records. Typical capabilities include:

• Search and inspect contacts and related interaction history.
• Read company assets, extraction results, and flow context.
• Explore flowcharts, recommendations, and flow structure.
• Pull flow KPIs and time-series performance metrics.

MCP is read-only: clients can analyze and summarize your SMOC data but cannot modify flows, contacts, or settings through the protocol.
