What does pausing a thread do to the flow?

When a message-flow path reaches Suggested Replies (sender), the run pauses for a human. The composer shows that the flow is waiting until you send a reply. Suggestion chips match the classified sentiment of the prospect's reply.
Sending a message (optionally from a suggestion) unblocks the run so the agent can continue. If LinkedIn and SMOC drift, use Resync flow status.
