How do prospect lists differ from Contacts?

Contacts is the full searchable directory of people who interacted with your agents—leads, customers, and related statuses.

Prospect lists are enrollment pools for LinkedIn message flows. You build them via CSV, LinkedIn URLs, or Sales Navigator–style imports under Contacts → Prospects / Import, then assign them on a message flow’s Targeting settings.
