How does a LinkedIn message flow enroll contacts?
Category: Message flow settings
An active, published message flow enrolls people who are on any prospect list or manual tag selected in Targeting, including an Autotarget list. Matching one list or one tag is enough. The contact needs a LinkedIn profile. Enrollment runs hourly, inside the days and hours set on the flow. The same person is never enrolled twice on this flow. With Split companies across agents on, several published flows that share that list each enroll only the companies assigned to them. Publish starts a first batch immediately, then enrollment continues on the schedule.
People who are not on those lists or tags are not enrolled. Contacts without a LinkedIn profile can stay on a list and are skipped. Inside one flow, several senders take turns through the people in a batch, so coworkers can get different senders. One sender per flow, with the company split on, keeps a company on one sender.
