How do I add Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn conversion tags in Head Tags?

Paste pixel snippets and JavaScript callbacks in Settings → Head Tags. Then add a Custom HTML (HTML Script) element on the conversation node with an empty image whose onerror calls that function, for example report_conversion_interaction().
