What data integration options does SMOC offer?

SMOC supports three ways to move contact and outcome data into your stack. All of them authenticate with an integration token from SMOC Console → Settings → Integrations:

Zapier (no-code):

• Generate a key under Integrations → Zapier. Automate handoffs to 2,000+ apps with the New Contact trigger — ideal for CRM, spreadsheet, or messaging updates without writing code.

REST API (custom):

• Generate a key under Integrations → API. Programmatic access for sync jobs, data warehouses, messaging workflows, and bespoke pipelines — every request is scoped to your company tenant.

MCP (AI-native):

• Generate a key under Integrations → MCP. Let MCP-capable clients such as Claude, Cursor, and VS Code use your SMOC contacts, lists, tags, CPCS status, Studio catalog, assets, analytics, inbox, and conversations in plain language — customer keys stay company-scoped and read-only by default.
