Why is my invitation still pending?

Pending invitations appear at the top of Settings → Users until the invitee accepts. From there you can Resend or Revoke the invite.

If it stays pending, confirm the email address, ask them to check spam, and resend. Revoke unused invites so roles stay accurate.
