Where do lead notification emails go?

Company-level lead notification prefs in Settings → Notifications apply across agent flows (web smart leads and LinkedIn message-flow smart leads) for users who enabled Lead notification.

For a specific message flow, you can also set a per-flow notification email in Studio under that flow’s Notifications / Targeting settings.
