Native conversation runtimes today are web flows (chat/cards on sites and landing pages) and LinkedIn message flows. Those are where the agent actually runs the conversation.
Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and similar channels are useful for distribution—links, QR codes, or notifications that send people into a web or LinkedIn conversation—not peer native runtimes yet.
