Why did my LinkedIn sender disconnect?

A sender can disconnect when the LinkedIn login expired, the password changed, or LinkedIn showed a security check. Someone may have clicked Disconnect or removed the account in Settings. If Credits stayed at zero long enough, LinkedIn was taken offline for billing. LinkedIn can also restrict the account.
