What do the Dashboard KPIs mean?
Category: Dashboard
Hero metrics include Flow Sessions, Unique Users, Interactions, Smart Leads, Smart Clicks, and Replies Waiting. Flow Sessions and Unique Users mean different things for web flows vs LinkedIn message flows.
Web flows — Flow Sessions: each time someone opens or begins the flow experience.
Web flows — Unique Users: distinct people across sessions in the date range (deduplicated for the whole period, not summed day by day).
LinkedIn message flows — Flow Sessions: each contact with successful LinkedIn activity in the period—profile view, connection request, DM, or InMail. Enrolling a contact alone does not create a session.
LinkedIn message flows — Unique Users: distinct contacts with that outreach activity in the range (also period-deduplicated).
Interactions are engaged sessions on web/ads; for LinkedIn message flows they count connection accepts or replies. Smart Leads are captured contacts from web or qualified positive LinkedIn replies. Smart Clicks are promo or qualified link conversions. Replies Waiting are Inbox threads that need an operator.
