How do I add text above, beside, or below a card?

Open the card flow in Studio → Style → Page. Turn on Above, Beside, and/or Below. Each region can have a heading, body, image, alignment, and a background color or image. Beside can sit on the left or the right. Copy is saved for the language selected in the Studio header. Leave a region off to keep the card centered. iframe mode hides the regions and shows the card alone.
