What do the Contacts filters and tags do?

Filters narrow the directory by search (email, name, company), date range, contact type/status, prospect list, tags, country, flow, survey answers, device/OS/browser, and UTM fields.
Tags are manual labels you apply from the table or contact card (Manage tags). Use them to segment follow-up, Inbox filters, and exports without creating a new prospect list.
